Working with OneDrive and attachments within email.


This video clip below shows how files can be attached directly from your OneDrive (generally personal file storage space) straight in to an email. A great aspect of this new feature is that the file that you share is set by default for the recipient to be able to edit. This great for collaboration, and avoiding multiple copies of the same file. It's also a useful shortcut if you have previously used sharing files from OneDrive. The video clip also shows how to manage permissions so that the file can be set as 'read only' if needed.
